The company is currently have 8 show rooms open in major CA shopping malls, and have lots of Commercial & Residential buildings renovation projects cross LA area, as a Home Paradise Employee, consistent growth of the company provides plenty of opportunities for Career Advancements, and we are looking for: Full Time Project Manager/Superintendent Requirements: Construction field experience is a must (Familiar with Structure, Space planning, Engineering, Electricals, Plumbing, etc) Fluent in English and MUST can speak Mandarin 2+ years previous experience in home renovation/improvement business, experience in construction management or real estate preferred Responsible, self-motivated, and keeps true commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent hand graphics and previous AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, In Design, and Photoshop experience is desirable Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment A pleasant team player.
