Dennis Hagerty and Jeff Falgien opened their first piano store 36 years ago. Today the franchise has grown to four Southern California locations and in a recent poll Keyboard Concepts was recognized as “The Most Recommended Piano Stores in California.” It’s been an exciting journey and both Dennis and Jeff recognize that hard work, business savvy, great products, good locations, luck and some help along the way have brought them to the very top of their industry.
