We’d like to welcome you to our like new, clean, and comfortable home. You can have a peace of mind knowing that the nei***orhood is in a gated community with 24 hours security. The house itself is elegant and spacious (350m2 building on 1,100 m2 land) within the prime location of Rancho Cucamonga. It has the best school district in the area, short distance to award-winning public schools (Los Osos High School), and 15 － 20 minutes from Chaffey College, UC Riverside, Cal-Poly Pomona and 45 minutes to UCLA, USC, Pasadena City College, and UC Irvine. Other amenities within 5minutes in the nei***orhood includes library (2013 US National award winner, awarded by Michelle Obama), golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, shopping centers (Victoria Gardens & Ontario Mills Factory Outlets), banks, groceries, 24 hours fitness center, cinema, post office, medical plaza, and many more. Other school preparation such as English as Second Language (ESL), TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, Spanish and Japanese classes are available nearby as well.
As homestay parents, we will help you to have the smoothest transition in adapting to your new American life. We will support you with nurturing environment, daily nutritious meals (main meal, fruits, milk, and fresh juice), and guide you through the culture differences. We can also support visa arrangement, airport pick-up, school admission, legal guardianship(required for student under 18 years old) for a minimum fee. Your stay will be comfortable with the availability of WiFi Internet, wireless printer, large and private walk-in closet, private bathroom, treadmill, laundry, private parking, and private fridge space.
