Lee Kum Kee (USA) Foods Inc., A global food sauce manufacturer is currently hiring for weigh up operators in our City of Industry location.
RESP***IBILITES INCLUDE:
1. Set up, sanitize, operate, clean up and maintain assigned machine. They are also responsible for recording “the filling time”, “raw material usage”, and “finished goods” in filing report.
2. Inspect and pack finished goods accordingly, and they are to prepare and transfer “work in process” materials.
3. Check raw materials according to “Raw Material Order Pick List

Lee Kum Kee (USA) Foods Inc., A global food sauce manufacturer is currently hiring for weigh up operators in our City of Industry location.
RESP***IBILITES INCLUDE:
1. Set up, sanitize, operate, clean up and maintain assigned machine. They are also responsible for recording “the filling time”, “raw material usage”, and “finished goods” in filing report.
2. Inspect and pack finished goods accordingly, and they are to prepare and transfer “work in process” materials.
3. Check raw materials according to “Raw Material Order Pick List” and “Production Instruction” according to production supervisors’ instructions.
4. Weigh up raw ingredients according to the order pick list and to record the batch/lot number of each ingredient on list.
5. Stock movement to production, inspect and monitor the forklift performance to make sure it is in good working condition.
6. Follow Lee Kum Kee Company Safety Policy, GMP and procedure to operate the forklift and handle daily job. Also, they are to follow the instruction and the procedure to control inventory and cycle count provided by their supervisors.
7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATI***:
1. Capable of frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
2. Capable of working in “FAST PACE” environment.
3. Flexible in working in shifts or overtime
4. High school education or up to one month related experience or training.
5. Bilingual in English, Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
