Summary Description:
Our Food Processing Center prepares a wide variety of delicious Chinese entrees and side dishes. In this department, you'll work closely with a team to help make great and easy meals for our stores. As a cook and food steamer operator, you will cook and steam the food that is prepared by our assembly clerks; foods such as work, dim sum, noodle related products, tepanyaki, and bun. This role requiresundivided attention to detail to meet internal sanitary standards. Your service and creation of food items are key factors to attract customers with a taste for Asian food. Physical Requirements:
• Able to work around machinery emitting heat of 350°F
• Able to work occasionally with environment temperature range from 32° to 50°F

Skill Requirements:
• Has a “Food Handlers Card” or willing to obtain one
• Bilingual (Chinese/Spanish) is preferred
