Francis Chang, M.D., OB/GYN, has been in practice for 5 years and is partnered with a certified nurse midwife. He graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude and received his medical degree from University of California, Los Angeles. After his OB/GYN residency at UCLA-Harbor, he joined the staff at Good Samaritan Hospital and White Memorial Hospital . He speaks Spanish, Taiwanese and Chinese.
