我先生是绿卡持有人，为我办理F2A的移民申请。2012年12月为我递交了I-130。2013年8月因F2A排期当前，就递交了I-485。 2013年10月1日I-130被批准，并从service center送往NVC。
问题：
A. 我人在美国，I-130还需要被送往 NVC 吗？NVC 不是负责发签证的吗？
B. I-130的批准信上写“The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the united states and will apply for adjustment of status. The information submitted with the petition shows that the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time.........Until the person for whom you petitioning files an adjustment application, or applies for an immigrant visa, this approved petition will be stored in this local USCIS office....” 这是什么意思？ 我都已经在排期当前就递交了I-485了，这里怎么还说not eligible to file an adjustment of status application？？
