Law Offices of Deacon Zhang seeks two experienced, mid-level business immigration attorneys with a successful track record of handling business and investor-related immigration cases. We are a fast-growing immigration law firm based in Arcadia, Los Angeles County, California. Our firm’s core practice areas include business immigration cases (L1, EB1C), investor immigration cases (EB5, E1/E2), employment-based cases (H1B, TN, PERM), and petitions based on high achievements (EB1A/B, NIW, O1). Our firm seeks two candidates with following qualifications:
Minimum requirements:
• 3 years or more of case management experience in our firm’s core practice areas, particularly L1, EB1C, and EB5
• Strong academic background from an ABA accredited law school
• Bar membership in good standing of any state
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and case management skills
Preferred requirements:
• Proficiency in Chinese or familiarity with Chinese business culture/practices is a strong plus;
• Experience in setting up EB5 regional center including securities offering documents and economic report review
• Business plan draft and review
• Experience with other related legal matters such as business contracts and business entity formation
