Dear Attorney,
I'd moved from other to Sacramento. Because i'd several car accidents during the past, I always fell pain all over my body, especialy in a rainy day.I'd found out that CA allow people to grow or buy Marijuana for their own use as long as they have qualify from the Med Evaluation office and get a permit from them. Which I did and I choose to grow it by myself at home. So, I learn it from the internet and also purchase a book to learn how to do it. During that time, I'd a friend to help we to carry all the necessary equiptments in order to start to grow my owe plants. Unfortunately, I didn't even know when the DEA start to follow me and I got busted. Untill then, I'd found out because they'd follow my friend and got me.
Now, I'd face a charge of culltivating Marijuana and charge for Conspiracy.
Please, can you tell me what should I do to deal with the problem and how can I feight for the conspiracy of which is not make any sense at all.
I'm new in here and fell helpless, can you please help!
