In other words, educating our associates is the key success factor in running our restaurant business. We know that maintaining satisfied and motivated associates through education is the key in providing superb customer services, a top priority for Sushi Boy.

We understand that all the evaluations by our customers are made at our restaurant. We are distributing around 5,000 customer surveys at our restaurants every week and continuously making our best efforts to absorb customers’ feedbacks and reflecting those into our restaurant operations. In order to continuously receive high customer evaluation in the fast casual sushi restaurant market, we will focus on “Moment of Truth” and educate this crucial factor to our associates.
