Our story began in a beautiful and unpolluted lake named “Honghu” in China. Honghu Lake, close to the thirtieth parallel of north latitude, possesses the best environmental advantages for the cultivation of crawfish and other aquatic products or seafood. By establishing our own crawfish farm in Honghu Lake, we ensure the best supplies for the ingredients, so that we can serve high quality food for our guest.

Then, our story continued when we meet Chef Xiao Lei Shao, who has cooked at a restaurant that owns Michelin Star. Chef Xiao Lei Shao owns not only the Michelin-level cooking techniques, but also ability to combine the great taste and cultural concepts. We believe through Chef Shao’s efforts and guidance, our products will bring our guests more pleasures and enjoyment.
