Fortune Cookie's menu was prepared using the recipes passed down from a generation ago. The original chef was a man whom loved to cook and spent most of his life dreaming up new ways to improve Chinese cuisine for everyone. In keeping up with that family tradition, we at Fortune Cookies wanted to try and make the food not only great tasting but also good for your health.
