 1个人参与点评 Student Life U.S.A. Inc., an U.S. based international student consultation service company, is currently seeking bilingual interns in Arcadia to coordinate our international student (F-1 visa) programs.
- Find potential high schools for international students from China.
- Do researches on different potential high schools, and translate information and materials (admission process, school information and city profile) from English to Chinese.
- Providing support to students and host families
- Communicating all aspects of the program to our representative in China
- Submitting school application and follow up the application process with school, student and parent
- Approach potential representatives and agents in both China, Hong Kong and Taiwan (commission is granted if student is placed successfully in our program)
- Market our service in different websites in China and other potential countries
The ideal candidate is highly organized, aggressive, strong in research skills, resourceful, experienced in working with students from other countries, and can demostrate strong Chinese and English language skills. Working hours are very flexible. Office is located in Arcadia, CA.
Terms and duration:
15-20 hours/ week over the summer with the possibility to continue in Fall 2010
Requirement:
- Fluent Mandarin/English speaker
- Excellent Chinese and English writing and reading skills
- Heavy user of online media and social networks in China and U.S.
- Excellent research skills on both English and Chinese
- Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail
