2009年1月来美，J1签证。因为目前处于免税阶段，以为不报税，就没报。
最近听说要报税。并且09年小孩出生，据说应该还能有返税。
请问现在报09年的税可行么？
不知道国税局对于这有无相关规定。谢谢！
